At Iris House, we provide a safe, warm, and welcoming residential environment for vulnerable young people, many of whom have experienced trauma and adversity.

About Our Home

Iris House is a well-appointed five-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, stability, and a strong sense of belonging.

We maintain a bright, clean, and homely setting where young people can feel truly at home. Through compassion, consistency, and connection, we work to achieve the very best outcomes for every child in our care.

Living Spaces & Bedrooms

We provide three bedrooms for long-term residential placements, each fully furnished and carefully prepared to feel personal and comfortable.

Young people are encouraged to decorate and personalise their rooms, helping them develop a sense of ownership and security.

Additional bedrooms are available for staff, ensuring consistent 24/7 care and supervision in a safe and supportive environment.

Our dedicated and experienced team places young people at the heart of everything we do.

We focus on building strong, meaningful relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect. Staff engage young people in fun and purposeful activities, both in the home and within the community, encouraging them to explore their interests and dream big.
