We also recognise the importance of family and friendship bonds. Where appropriate, we actively promote and support contact with these significant people (in line with the care plan), helping young people retain important connections and transition confidently into adulthood.

By promoting a can-do attitude in our homes, we nurture belief in self and a sense of personal accomplishment.

Our homes are designed to feel like family-based living environments—places where both young people and staff can flourish.

• Everyone's views, wishes, and feelings are considered in shaping the home

• Health and safety standards are upheld at all times

• The management team offers ongoing training, supervision, and appraisal to empower staff to provide the highest quality care
